Please send an email to service@dyacon.com with the model number, serial number, your address, and billing informtion. An RMA number will be provided for tracking purposes. Place the RMA number on the outside of the shipping container next to or on the shipping label.

For equipment that is not under warranty, extended warranty, or a maintenance agreement, a purchase order and a method for payment is required before repairs can begin.

Standard Repairs

Standard warranty and non-warranty repairs are typically completed within 5-10 business days from date of arrival at Dyacon. If there are unusual problems and this lead-time cannot be met, the customer will be notified and given other options.

Repair options on discontinued products such as the RDT800 and RDT950 are limited. Please contact Dyacon for more information.
